顎(e)式破(po)碎機俗稱顎(e)破(po)，又名老(lao)虎口(kou)。由動顎(e)和(he)靜顎(e)兩塊顎(e)板組成破(po)碎腔(qiang)，模擬(ni)動物的(de)兩顎(e)運動而完(wan)成物料破(po)碎作業的(de)破(po)碎機。運用于(yu)礦山(shan)冶煉(lian)、建材、公路、鐵路、水利和(he)化工等行業中各種礦石與大塊物料的(de)破(po)碎。
顎式破(po)碎(sui)機俗稱顎破(po)，又名老虎口。由動顎和靜顎兩塊(kuai)顎板組成破(po)碎(sui)腔，模擬動物(wu)的兩顎運動而完成物(wu)料破(po)碎(sui)作(zuo)業的破(po)碎(sui)機。運用于礦山冶煉(lian)、建材、公路、鐵路、水利和化工等行業中各種礦石與(yu)大塊(kuai)物(wu)料的破(po)碎(sui)。
在提(ti)(ti)高顎式破(po)碎機的破(po)碎效率方面(mian)，除了(le)在原(yuan)有設備(bei)的結構上作局部改進，如，增加破(po)碎腔高度，提(ti)(ti)高生產能力；減小排礦口，增大破(po)碎比等。
常用(yong)的(de)顎(e)(e)(e)(e)式(shi)破(po)(po)(po)(po)碎(sui)(sui)(sui)機有(you)(you)雙肘板的(de)和單(dan)肘板的(de)兩種。前者在工作(zuo)(zuo)(zuo)(zuo)時動(dong)顎(e)(e)(e)(e)只作(zuo)(zuo)(zuo)(zuo)簡單(dan)的(de)圓(yuan)弧(hu)擺動(dong)，故又稱(cheng)簡單(dan)擺動(dong)顎(e)(e)(e)(e)式(shi)破(po)(po)(po)(po)碎(sui)(sui)(sui)機；后者在作(zuo)(zuo)(zuo)(zuo)圓(yuan)弧(hu)擺動(dong)的(de)同(tong)時還作(zuo)(zuo)(zuo)(zuo)上(shang)下運動(dong)。 就顎(e)(e)(e)(e)式(shi)破(po)(po)(po)(po)碎(sui)(sui)(sui)機而(er)(er)言(yan)，盡管結構(gou)類型有(you)(you)所不同(tong)，但(dan)是(shi)它們的(de)工作(zuo)(zuo)(zuo)(zuo)原理基本(ben)上(shang)是(shi)相(xiang)似(si)的(de)，只是(shi)動(dong)顎(e)(e)(e)(e)的(de)運動(dong)軌(gui)跡有(you)(you)所差別罷了。概而(er)(er)言(yan)之，當可(ke)(ke)(ke)動(dong)顎(e)(e)(e)(e)板圍繞(rao)懸掛(gua)軸對固定(ding)(ding)顎(e)(e)(e)(e)板作(zuo)(zuo)(zuo)(zuo)周(zhou)期性的(de)往復運動(dong)，時而(er)(er)靠(kao)(kao)近(jin)時而(er)(er)離開，就在可(ke)(ke)(ke)動(dong)顎(e)(e)(e)(e)板靠(kao)(kao)近(jin)固定(ding)(ding)顎(e)(e)(e)(e)板時，處在兩顎(e)(e)(e)(e)板之間(jian)的(de)礦(kuang)(kuang)石，受到壓(ya)碎(sui)(sui)(sui)、劈(pi)裂和彎曲折斷的(de)聯合作(zuo)(zuo)(zuo)(zuo)用(yong)而(er)(er)破(po)(po)(po)(po)碎(sui)(sui)(sui)；當可(ke)(ke)(ke)動(dong)顎(e)(e)(e)(e)板離開固定(ding)(ding)顎(e)(e)(e)(e)板時，已破(po)(po)(po)(po)碎(sui)(sui)(sui)的(de)礦(kuang)(kuang)石在重力作(zuo)(zuo)(zuo)(zuo)用(yong)下，經(jing)破(po)(po)(po)(po)碎(sui)(sui)(sui)機的(de)排礦(kuang)(kuang)口排出。
